I’m a project director based in London with agency, in-house and client-side experience using both “traditional” and “agile” approaches. I’ve never worked in a purely PRINCE2 environment, and I’ve never worked in a purely agile environment – I’m not convinced this purity exists except in rare and specific circumstances. I’m interested in how the strengths of different approaches to delivery can work together effectively. I like to think out loud; this blog collects some of these thoughts.
